Our staff...
We employ highly experienced professional billers and
collection personnel. Each client is assigned to
between one and four staff members depending upon the
complexity and volume of your practice.
The staff average is six years of billing
experience; almost all are college educated, and two
of our employees have masters degrees.

Symco currently provides services to Physicians,
Clinics, Rehabilitation Providers, and Allied Health
Professionals located primarily in Massachusetts.
We advertise in national medical journals, and our
capabilities allow us to easily provide the same
services nationally.
We cover a wide range of specialties including OB/GYN,
Pediatrics, and Family Practice among others.
For Rehabilitation Medicine providers, Physical
Therapists, Chiropractors, and Osteopaths, we are
especially effective with auto accident and workman's
comp cases. Separating the billing and collection
functions allows for the more extensive follow up
necessary in these cases.

How we increase your revenue...
Billing, even electronic billing, is a labor intensive
process. Any billing service must cover its costs, and,
hopefully, have something left over.
Experience has shown us, so far, that every physician's
office has inefficiencies, 'lost' encounters, coding
misconceptions, or time & labor constraints, that impact
the revenue flow.
These are uncollected and lost dollars.
Depending upon the insurance carrier, you have only so
much time to find and fix any mistakes, or the revenue is
gone.
We find these lost dollars. In almost all
instances, over time, we have increased the revenue far
beyond our monthly cost to the practice.

vexing.
These insurance companies are usually painfully slow, and
require constant multiple follow ups.
